Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education (Master's Degree is an added advantage).
Valid TSC Registration.
Minimum 15 years teaching experience.
At least 6 years' experience as Deputy Head Teacher in a well-performing Nairobi school.
Demonstrable track record of improved academic results and effective staff leadership.
Strong understanding of the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC/CBE).
High integrity and strong Christian values.
