Busy Bumbles Nursery School is a British and Montessori Curriculum school providing a rich and stimulating learning in a caring and secure environment. We are in Eldoret along Old Nairobi Road. Early Years Foundation Stage caters for children aged 2 to 5.5 years old.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education/ Montessori.
- At least 3 - 5 years teaching experience in a British/Montessori Curriculum School
- Should have been in leadership position for at least 2 years.
- Valid TSC number.
- Show a competent level of written English.
- Good communication skills.
- Good leadership and mentoring ability
- Competence in Montessori methodology.
- Classroom supervision and quality assurance.
- Able to maintain Curriculum progress across all preschool levels.
- Organise curriculum training workshops and in-house professional development.
- Follow up and ensure lesson plans align with learning areas and Montessori principles
- Follow up on children’s developmental and academic progress.
- Be punctual and use preparation time appropriately.
- Keen to details and good problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrate strong technological skills and digital competence.
