Job descriptions & requirements

You will play a key role in generating leads, improving conversions, optimizing paid ads, supporting sales insights, and creating compelling marketing materials that help turn attention into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance Support

• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to identify growth opportunities

• Track customer behavior, campaign performance, and conversion data

• Help develop promotions and offers based on performance insights

• Support lead generation campaigns and customer acquisition strategies

• Prepare performance reports that connect marketing activity to sales results

Paid Advertising (Performance Marketing)

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and basic tracking)

• Monitor ad performance daily and optimize for conversions and ROI

• Test different creatives, audiences, and offers to improve results

• Prepare clear performance reports with actionable insights

Content Creation for Ads & Marketing

• Create engaging ad creatives using Canva and other design tools

• Develop ad copy that drives clicks and conversions

• Assist in creating landing page and promotional content

• Work with video/photo teams when needed for campaign materials

• Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines

SEO & Digital Visibility

• Support basic SEO optimization for website content and blog posts

• Optimize product/service descriptions for search visibility

• Research keywords and trends to improve organic reach

• Improve discoverability through optimized captions, hashtags, and metadata

Analytics & Reporting

• Track key metrics including leads, conversions, cost per result, and ROAS

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads reports

• Provide weekly and monthly performance summaries

• Use data insights to improve both advertising and sales strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or sales-focused marketing roles

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Strong understanding of analytics and conversion tracking

• Basic knowledge of SEO principles

• Skilled in Canva and creating marketing visuals

• Strong copywriting skills focused on sales and conversions

• Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and performance metrics

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)

Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing:

• Paid ad campaigns managed (with results or performance metrics)

• Examples of ad creatives made using Canva or other tools

• Landing pages, promotions, or sales-driven campaigns worked on

• Any SEO or website optimization work

• Performance reports or case studies (if available)
