Job Description/Requirements

If so, we want you! We're searching for a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll wear multiple hats, managing our social media presence, creating engaging visual content, and contributing to our overall digital marketing strategy.


Responsibilities:

● Social Media Management:

○ Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.

○ Manage multiple social media platforms (e.g TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.).

○ Create and curate engaging content (text, images and videos) that resonates with target audiences.

○ Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.

○ Monitor and analyze social media performance, identify trends and make data-driven adjustments.

○ Foster community engagement through social listening, responding to comments and messages and running interactive campaigns.


● Graphic Design & Video Editing:

○ Develop and design eye-catching graphics (e.g. social media posts, banners, and infographics) that align with brand guidelines.

○ Edit engaging video content (e.g short-form videos, product demos, explainer videos) using video editing software.

○ Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.


● Digital Marketing:

○ Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

○ Contribute to the development and execution of broader digital marketing campaigns.

○ Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:

● 4+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.

● Proven ability to design visually appealing graphics and edit engaging video content.

● Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar software.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Analytical mind with the ability to track and measure campaign performance.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Time management and organizational skills.

● Passion for creativity and storytelling.

● MUST Work from the office 9 A.M-5 P.M in Nairobi CBD.
