JOB TITLE: DIGITAL MARKETER / SALES EXECUTIVE
NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME
SALARY: KSHS. 40,000-50,000
JOB LOCATION: EASTLEIGH,


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote products and services 
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) 
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, campaigns) 
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and optimize based on insights and analytics 
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions 
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels 

Content Creation
  • Create high-quality visual and written content aligned with marketing goals 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials 
  • Stay updated on content trends and audience preferences 

Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships 
  • Present products/services to potential clients and negotiate deals 
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs 
  • Coordinate with marketing efforts to convert leads into customers 
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
  • Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing (manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage) 
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
  • Demonstrated experience working in a sales or business development role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an added advantage
