- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote products and services
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, campaigns)
- Monitor digital campaign performance and optimize based on insights and analytics
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels
- Create high-quality visual and written content aligned with marketing goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials
- Stay updated on content trends and audience preferences
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present products/services to potential clients and negotiate deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with marketing efforts to convert leads into customers
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing (manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage)
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Demonstrated experience working in a sales or business development role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an added advantage
