- Manage and grow PEMARC's social media presence across various platforms.
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, reels, videos, posters, and promotional materials for courses and events.
- Design professional marketing materials using Canva and other relevant design tools.
- Record, edit, and publish videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective and existing clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Perform reception and front-office duties, ensuring a positive experience for visitors and clients.
- Support marketing campaigns, lead generation, and student recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain accurate client records and conduct follow-ups on leads and inquiries.
- Assist with administrative, customer service, and business development activities as assigned.
Qualifications & SkillsQualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital content strategies.
- Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools such as CapCut, Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling, professional, and engaging content.
- Creative storytelling, copywriting, and content development skills.
- Confidence in appearing on camera for videos, presentations, or promotional content when required.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively use AI tools to improve efficiency, problem solving and decision making.
- Experience in education, training, professional certification, or corporate learning environments will be an added advantage.
