Client Overview: Osona Yarns is looking for a creative, confident and proactive Digital Marketing & Content Lead to lead our digital content and social media team.
Job Summary: The ideal candidate should be hands on and able to develop creative content ideas, lead a team,appear confidently on camera, present products and oversee the creation of engaging content that grows our brand and drives sales.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Develop creative content ideas and oversee the social media content calendar.
  
• Lead and manage the Social Media Manager and digital content team.
  
• Create and present engaging Reels, TikToks, product videos and other social media content.
  
• Identify and leverage relevant social media trends.
  
• Oversee content quality, consistency and timely execution.
  
• Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve content.
  
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to create content that drives engagement, enquiries and sales.
  
• Support digital campaigns, product launches, promotions and events.
  

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• 
  
• Experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation.
  
• Strong creative, communication and leadership skills.
  
• Confident and engaging on camera.
  
• Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  
• Ability to shoot and create quality video content.
  
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva or similar.
  
• Proactive, organised and results-oriented.
  
• Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on.

1. WORK PORTFOLIO
Links/examples of previous content you have created or managed, including Reels, TikToks, product videos, campaigns or other relevant work.
2. 60–90 SECOND VIDEO PRESENTATION

• 
  
• Record yourself presenting any product of your choice as though you are creating a social media video.
  
• We will assess your confidence, communication, creativity, presentation skills, personality and ability to engage an audience.
  
• The video does not need to be professionally produced — a smartphone is sufficient.
