We are looking for a Digital Marketing Director as our first dedicated marketing role within the organization. You'll be in charge. You'll build the marketing program, manage it, and see the success of your hard work.

    As Digital Marketing Director, you will:

    • Work to develop an excellent understanding of our industry and the services we sell
    • Be responsible for digital marketing strategy, including
    • search engine optimization
    • paid search
    • websites, e.g.,
    • social media
    • content development/blog
    • market and competitor research
    • testing, reporting, and analyzing data
    • Create attractive marketing collateral including sales materials (online and offline), case studies, sales brochures, and sales presentations
    • Develop and document standard operating procedures for the marketing function of our organization
    • Evaluate and implement new sales/marketing technology in our sales and marketing operations
    • Be ready to act as the public face of VeraSafe in some cases, including industry conferences/events
    • Work cross-functionally with all VeraSafe departments to ensure understanding of customer needs and pain points, and identify new or relevant areas for content development
    • Understand and assist with improving our sales methodology


    To be our Digital Marketing Manager, you must:

    • Be an outstanding communicator
    • Have demonstrated success with SEM and SEO
    • Be organized and self-motivated with exceptional project management skills
    • Have experience creating successful digital marketing strategies
    • Be strategic, analytical, and data-oriented
    • Be excited to work in a highly-professional, B2B environment


    In a perfect world, you would also have:

    • The willingness to take on a sales role when required (sales itself is not central to this role, but is a highly complementary and interconnected function)
    • The ability to create and edit graphics at an intermediate level (banner ads, social media images, etc.)
    • Experience in both digital and traditional marketing roles


As Digital Marketing Director, you will:
