Job summary
We are seeking a performance-focused Digital Marketing Executive to execute paid ads, social media, website updates, email campaigns, automation, print materials, and basic design. You will generate qualified leads, manage campaigns, and track performance. Success is measured by results, consistency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising: Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns; track CPL, CTR, and conversions.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and post content, support creatives, and monitor engagement and performance.
- Website & SEO Support: Update website content, assist with basic SEO, and monitor analytics.
- Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Create, send, and monitor campaigns; support lead nurturing sequences.
- Print & Branding: Coordinate design and production of flyers, brochures, banners, and posters; ensure brand consistency.
- Design & Editing Support: Assist with basic creatives, resizing, and simple photo/video editing.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports, track leads generated, and monitor campaign performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in digital marketing
- Experience running Meta Ads
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL)
- Experience with email marketing tools
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Strong attention to detail
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Experience designing print materials
- Ability to adapt and resize creatives for campaigns
