If you're passionate about impact, innovation, and leading from the front, Fuzu is the place to leave your mark.Fuzu has two primary business lines, Fuzu Talent Marketplace (www.fuzu.com) and Fuzu Global Workforce (FGW), where we connect tested and validated talent to global employers through remote labor.The RoleWe’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead full-funnel growth initiatives across Job Seeker and Employer segments — spanning both Fuzu.com and Fuzu Global Workforce business lines as well as youth employability. You’ll be responsible for user and client acquisition, engagement, retention, and marketing driven revenue growth — acting as the engine behind our marketing performance and optimization.You’ll own our marketing stack, execute campaigns, run experiments, and use data to supercharge our growth KPIs across markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Be DoingStrategic ExecutionDevelop and execute our digital marketing strategy across SEO/GEO, SEM, email, CRM, and social.Own the full growth funnel: from user acquisition to engagement, conversion, and online driven upsell.Performance & OptimizationSet up tracking, analytics, and reporting infrastructure for marketing KPIs (DAU/MAU, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.).Run growth experiments and A/B tests to optimize landing pages, pricing, and funnels.SEO/GEO & ContentDefine and execute our SEO/GEO strategy.Optimize on-page and technical SEO, scale our content marketing engine.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales and Product teams to drive B2B lead generation, nurture workflows, and product marketing efforts.Work with Customer Success and Tech teams to optimize the user journey.Fuzu Global Workforce Growth SupportShape the go-to-market strategy for new global markets and campaigns.Design and implement smart pricing and upsell experiments for FGW.Who We’re Looking ForYou’re ambitious, strategic and execution-focused.You’ll thrive in this role if you:3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing in a B2C or marketplace company.Proven track record in driving acquisition and engagement at scale (e.g. SEO/GEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, email).Strong command of Google Analytics, CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Mixpanel).Solid understanding of growth frameworks, funnel optimization, and LTV/CAC dynamics.Excellent writing skills and ability to create compelling, data-informed creative campaigns.Bias toward action — you’re a doer, not just a thinker.Bonus points if you have…Have worked in a startup or fast-growth environment.Understand the online marketplace space.Have experience in user research, experimentation or product-led growth.KPI’s You’ll OwnReinforcing Market Leadership: brand awareness, share of voice, PR & social metrics.User Engagement: DAU/MAU growth, repeat visits, NPS, organic traffic.New Demand Generation: sign-ups, job posts, campaign performance.Trust & Loyalty: sentiment metrics, story engagement.Upsell & Adoption: conversion rates, paid subscriptions, LTV.What We OfferA high-impact role with visibility and ownership across a multi-market business.A fast-paced, mission-driven team that celebrates curiosity, accountability, and ambition.Remote-first setup with flexibility to shape your work environment.Growth opportunities, mentorship, and a front-row seat to transforming the future of work.
