Job Mission:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital strategy and marketing initiatives that drive talent acquisition, employer engagement, and placement opportunities. The role is responsible for building and executing campaigns to attract candidates, support employer partnerships, and enhance the organization’s brand presence in the digital talent ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, online lead generation, and campaign management, with a focus on recruitment, gig, digital and remote talent markets.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution
● Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, display, and paid advertising channels.
● Drive candidate acquisition campaigns to build talent pipelines aligned with workforce and placement goals.
● Support business development initiatives by promoting services to employers, platforms, and overseas partners.
● Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives and formats.
Employer & Candidate Engagement
● Design marketing materials, digital assets, and online content that engage candidates and attract employers.
● Optimize online communication channels (social media, email newsletters, landing pages) for partner and candidate engagement.
● Ensure campaigns align with project needs.
Branding & Thought Leadership
● Build and maintain a strong employer and talent brand online.
● Develop content marketing initiatives to position the organization as a thought leader in remote work, gig economy, and digital talent placement.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Analytics & Reporting
● Track and analyze digital campaign performance, engagement metrics, lead generation, and conversion rates.
● Provide insights and recommendations to improve candidate sourcing, employer engagement, and placement effectiveness.
Process Optimization & Collaboration
● Collaborate with the communications & creative team to develop compelling ad copy, graphics, and videos that effectively communicate the value of our products & services.
● Optimize marketing workflows and automation tools to improve efficiency.
● Identify new digital channels and tools to enhance talent sourcing and employer engagement as well as candidate engagement.

Key Skills & Competencies
Qualifications:
● 5+ year of relevant marketing experience managing google ads,X/twitter ads and Meta ads accounts
● Google Ads Certifications or equivalent
● Possess a good understanding of digital production and marketing strategies
● Possess proven experience in innovative digital campaign and effective service delivery
● Possess proven experience in digital assets delivery
● Ability to manage microsites, social media applications, and online ads.
● Understanding of digital marketing best practices
● Possess a solid understanding of social media marketing and paid campaigns.
● Ability to handle digital analysis and web metrics duties (Google Analytics proficiency)
● Ability to deliver on deadline
● Possess very strong communication skills, both written and verbal
