Role Summary:
The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for building, managing, and growing Tweggo’s digital presence across platforms to drive:
- Vehicle owner onboarding
- Renter acquisition
- Brand awareness
- Community trust
- Investor visibility
This role is performance-driven and growth-focused, not just content posting.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute Tweggo’s social media strategy aligned with growth targets
- Create monthly content calendars
- Define platform-specific goals (e.g., acquisition, engagement, credibility)
- Conduct competitor analysis (e.g., mobility startups, car rental platforms)
Content Creation & Management
- Create engaging posts (graphics, carousels, reels, short videos)
- Write compelling captions and call-to-action copy
- Develop educational content explaining how Tweggo works
- Showcase host success stories and renter experiences
- Create viral growth-oriented content
- Writing weekly blogs
- Writing periodic newsletters
Platforms may include:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- TikTok
- LinkedIn
- X
Community Management
- Respond to comments and DMs within 1–3 hours
- Manage inquiries about car listings and bookings
- Handle complaints professionally
- Engage with automotive and startup communities
- Monitor brand sentiment
Growth & Performance Marketing Support
- Assist in paid campaign execution
- Support lead generation campaigns
- Track conversion metrics from social traffic
- Support referral program promotion
Analytics & Reporting
- Track:
- Engagement rate
- Follower growth
- Click-through rates
- Leads generated
- Host signups
- Prepare weekly performance reports
- Recommend data-driven improvements
Brand Positioning
- Maintain consistent brand voice
- Build Tweggo as:
- Safe

KPIs (Performance Indicators)

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management
- Experience managing startup or tech brand accounts preferred
- Experience in mobility, automotive, fintech, or marketplace platforms is a plus
Skills
- Strong copywriting skills
