2. In charge of content creation and sharing on media plate forms.
3. Drives the business growth within a company.
4. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
5. Represent the company as the PR on TV and other media platforms whenever required
6. Monitoring staff performance in your department to ensure that the company targets are met.
7. Prepares and implement best marketing strategies and projections in line with the market demand.
8. Supervise and monitor the walk in’s, call in’s and briefing sessions.
9. Handling candidates Complaints in line with the complaint manager.
10. Preparing, departmental budget and plan strategies for the marketing department at all stations to ensure that the company targets are met without fail.
11. Organizing and conduct meeting briefing for staff in your department.
12. Listen to refund complaints and forwards them to management for approval
