Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of proven driving experience, hold a relevant Certificate/Diploma in a science-related field, and be able to support basic field activities when required. This role requires a reliable individual with excellent communication skills and strict adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
1. Transport & Logistics
Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, goods,
equipment, and field materials.
Maintain accurate trip records, fuel logs, mileage reports,
and delivery documentation.
Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs as scheduled.
2. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety
Conduct daily vehicle inspections (engine oil, fuel, tires,
brakes, lights, etc.).
Report mechanical faults promptly and ensure vehicles are
well-maintained and serviced.
Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company driving policies.
3. Field Support
Assist field teams during visits, community engagements, or
technical activities.
Support the handling, loading, and off-loading of supplies
and equipment.
Provide basic assistance in field-related tasks where required (no prior field experience needed).
4. Compliance & Professional Conduct
Ensure all necessary driving licenses, permits, and documents
remain valid.
Uphold company confidentiality, integrity, and
professionalism at all times.
Follow instructions from supervisors and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients.
Requirements
Valid Kenyan driver’s license (B, C, or BCE depending on
vehicle type).
Minimum 3 years of proven driving experience with a clean
driving record.
Certificate/Diploma in:
Public Health
Agriculture
Animal Health
Biology
Biomedical Technology
Or a related field (no experience required in these fields)
Age below 40 years.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Familiarity with Nairobi and surrounding regions is an added
advantage.
Physically fit and able to support field tasks when needed.
High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
