Duties & Responsibilities:
Order receiving: Receiving incoming shipments from Local Vendors, verifying contents against purchase orders, inspecting for damages, and ensuring quality control standards are met. Quality Control: Conducting quality checks on received products to ensure they meet specified standards and reporting any issues or discrepancies to relevant departments. Processing Accuracy: Ensure accurate order processing with zero errors. Time management: Ensure On – Time dispatch of processed orders for Shipping to courier. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the receiving process to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize the overall workflow.Required Skills and Competencies:
Bachelors Degree in any related course. (Experience in warehousing is an added advantage) Must demonstrate good understanding in Operations & Orderliness. Accurate in tasks. Ability to work under minimal supervision. Ability to work extended hours or days /Flexibility. Must posses good communication skills.Important Safety Tips
