Our client is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Executive House Manager to oversee hospitality and housekeeping operations at a high standard.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or any other related field
- Proven experience as a House Manager / Hospitality Supervisor
- Previous work experience in a 3-star or 4-star hotel
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures
- Ability to manage staff schedules, performance, and discipline
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and hospitality staff
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met
- Manage inventory and housekeeping supplies
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
