Requirements:
At least a Diploma in general agriculture from a recognized institution.
At least two years’ experience.
Good communication skills
Age between 22 yrs -26yrs.
Someone with an interest in learning agriculture skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assigning responsibilities to junior employees.
Prepare land management schedules
Land preparation.
Advice on use of pesticides, manure and fertilizer.
Advice on seed propagation.
Record keeping of harvest and identify best seeds versus output for future references.
Arrange planting, weeding and harvest schedules.
Preparation of post-harvest stores.
Organize fencing of land.
Any other duty as assigned.
