F&B Trade Marketing Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive F&B Trade Marketing Officer to drive sales, brand visibility, and market share. You will develop and execute in-store promotions, manage merchandising, and strengthen retailer partnerships to ensure our products reach and engage the right consumers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute channel-specific trade marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and product distribution.
- Promotional Management: Plan and execute in-store promotions, activations, and product launches to drive consumer demand.
- Merchandising & POSM: Ensure proper placement, merchandising standards, and deployment of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) in retail outlets.
- Operation Team Support: Provide sales teams with necessary tools, promotional materials, and data insights to boost sales performance.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales data, market trends, and ROI of promotional activities to optimize future strategies.
Candidate Skills & Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in trade marketing or sales within the FMCG or F&B industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, negotiation skills, and proficiency in channel management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
