We are a registered CBO of like minded professionals in Kajulu region with an aim of tapping the opportunities within and without the area for general development. We engage in general agriculture where we do commercial production of crops,fish and poultry farming.We also market for our farmers who are based in the region. 

4. Field Assistant-Attachment

Qualifications:

• Diploma in General Agriculture from recognized institution. 

• Proof of study.

• Knowledge of passion fruits and oranges value chain (fruits varieties, qualities, shelf life, best graft in region) is highly appreciated. 

• Data collection skills. Keen eye on details. 

Roles and responsibilities:

• Data collection and ensure farmers compliance in agricultural practices. 

• Coordinate team for sourcing, harvesting, sorting, weighing, storage before sells. 

• Daily field visits to ensure quality standards are met and monitor all activities. 

• Organizing farmers in groups and as per the product that one is handling. 

• Assist in marketing and market survey of produce. 

• Engage with government offices responsible for agriculture produce handled within the region.
