Roles and responsibilities:
- Identify best farm practices for the season.
- Assist in timely preparation of land for planting.
- Procurement of farm inputs.
- Transport of harvest to designated stores.
- Weighing of fruits.
- Post-harvest management practices.
- Finding a market for produce.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions and agricultural seminars in the region.
- Train farmers on new farm practices.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor
