JOB TITLE: FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME

SALARY: KSHS. 25,000 – 30,000 PLUS INCENTIVES

JOB LOCATION: NAIROBI, NYERI, MURANG’A, MERU, NANYUKI, EMBU, NAKURU, ELDORET, KISUMU, KISII


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales &  Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the assigned territory
  • Promote and sell company products to retailers, wholesalers, contractors, workshops, and distributors
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Expand market presence by onboarding new customers and increasing product penetration


Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer trends
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitor insights to management
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports


Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients through regular visits and excellent customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product issues professionally and promptly
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies


Product Knowledge & Promotion

  • Maintain strong knowledge of company products, pricing, and promotions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and brand visibility activities in the field


Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Maintain accurate customer records and territory data
  • Work independently while coordinating closely with the sales and operations teams


KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years proven field sales experience in Hardware & Workshop Tools, Construction Materials, FMCG
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Indicate area in application
