Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding fitness instructors, nutritionists, online fitness vendors, and doctors to contribute content to our platform. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with health and fitness professionals, demonstrating the benefits of partnering with us and helping them integrate their expertise into our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential doctors, nutritionists, and fitness instructors through cold calling, networking, and field onboarding.
  • Presentation & Demonstration: Effectively present Zarnash Fitness’ platform features, benefits, and partnership opportunities to prospective content creators.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with health and fitness professionals, ensuring their smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners, facilitating contracts and ensuring alignment with our platform's requirements.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to new content creators, assisting them in understanding our platform and optimizing their content for users.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance our onboarding strategy.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, partnership progress, and performance metrics to the sales management team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the health, fitness, or wellness industries.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with fitness, nutrition, and medical wellness sectors is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health & Wellness, or a related field preferred.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with online platforms and mobile apps is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
