KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations.
- Coordinate and guide F&B staff during shifts.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of restaurants, dining areas, and service stations.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Assist in ordering and inventory control of food and beverage supplies.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Must have previous hotel experience.
- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy hotel environment.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation.
