A premier resort located in Kajiado is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead its Food & Beverage operations and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

The resort is looking beyond the résumé—seeking an individual with strong character, proven leadership ability, creativity, and a genuine passion for service excellence. The successful candidate will demonstrate the mindset required to anticipate guest needs, inspire teams, and consistently create memorable dining experiences.

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will provide strategic leadership, operational direction, and hands-on management across all F&B outlets, ensuring the highest standards of service, efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service delivery and quality standards.

· Lead, recruit, train, motivate, and supervise the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance.

· Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations at all times.

· Manage departmental budgets, control costs, monitor inventory levels, and maximize profitability.

· Monitor revenues and expenses, identifying opportunities to improve financial performance.

· Develop, review, and innovate menus in collaboration with the culinary team to enhance guest experience and revenue.

· Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards across all outlets.

· Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally, proactively, and effectively.

· Coordinate and oversee banquets, events, and special functions in collaboration with sales, catering, and other departments.

· Prepare duty rosters, operational reports, stock takes, ordering schedules, promotional packages, and initiatives to drive revenue and brand exposure.

· Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with all resort departments to support operational success.

· Deliver and execute strategic Food & Beverage initiatives aligned with resort targets and service standards.

· Participate in Manager-on-Duty shifts, departmental meetings, and Food & Beverage strategy sessions as required.

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

· Ensure all Food & Beverage staff adhere to grooming, uniform, and professional appearance standards.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

· Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.

· Proven experience in banqueting and event operations at a supervisory or managerial level.

· Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

· Proficiency in MS Office, Opera Systems, and other Food & Beverage management software.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
