Key Responsibilities

Assist in research and development (R&D) of new food products and formulations.

Support laboratory testing and analysis of food samples for quality and safety.

Participate in product trials, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life studies.

Document experimental results, formulations, and production procedures.

Assist in ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations (HACCP, GMP, and local regulatory requirements).

Work closely with the quality assurance and production teams during product development.

Conduct ingredient research and nutritional analysis for product improvement.
