Front Office Assistant – 1 Position

Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Hotel front office services

Good Customer relations skills

Good communication and writing skills

Basic computer literacy word and excel packages

ability to stand long hours

Ability to multi-task

Play the first and last hotel guests focal point or contact person

Good spoken and written English and Swahili languages

Responsibilities

Register hotel guests to the hotels guest data 

Prepare hotel current and future bookings

prepare guest bills and receipts during their stay in the hotel

Carry out hotel room reservations

Maintain general cleanliness of the front office/reception area

Share front office records and other hotel departments for seem-less flow of information and coordination
