DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership & Planning

·       Develop and execute the company’s short-term and long-term strategic plans to achieve growth and profitability.

·       Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

·       Collaborate with senior leadership to set organizational objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

·       Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans across departments.

Operational Management

·       Oversee daily operations across all departments, including finance, sales, marketing, HR, and administration.

·       Ensure operational processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals.

·       Implement systems and processes for monitoring performance, managing risk, and improving productivity.

·       Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance workflow and service delivery.

Financial Oversight

·       Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.

·       Analyze financial reports, key metrics, and performance dashboards to inform decision-making.

·       Approve major expenditures, contracts, and resource allocations in line with company policy.

·       Drive profitability by identifying revenue opportunities, optimizing costs, and ensuring sustainable financial growth.

Team Leadership & Human Resource Management

·       Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and senior managers to achieve operational and strategic goals.

·       Establish clear performance expectations and monitor individual and team performance.

·       Promote a high-performance culture that encourages accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

·       Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, and professional development initiatives.

Business Development & Growth

·       Identify new market opportunities, products, and services to expand the organization’s footprint.

·       Build and maintain strategic partnerships, client relationships, and stakeholder networks.

·       Oversee sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.

·       Evaluate business proposals, investments, and expansion plans to support organizational growth.

Compliance, Governance & Risk Management

·       Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

·       Establish internal policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.

·       Monitor operational, financial, and reputational risks and implement corrective measures as needed.

·       Act as a point of escalation for critical operational, employee, or client issues.

Decision-Making & Problem Solving

·       Make high-level operational and strategic decisions that impact the organization’s success.

·       Resolve complex challenges involving cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

·       Evaluate alternative solutions, assess risks, and implement effective resolutions.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance.

Reporting & Communication

·       Provide regular reports to the Board or executive leadership on operational performance, financial health, and strategic initiatives.

·       Ensure transparent and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

·       Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public engagements.


KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

·       Minimum of 8 years’ experience in senior management or executive leadership roles

·       Proven track record in managing large teams and driving business growth

·       Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and strategy

·       Exceptional leadership and team management abilities

·       Strategic thinking and business acumen

·       Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
