Job Description/Requirements
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in the parts sales sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue
- Manages all aspects of the parts Sales process including maintenance contracts, quoting and selling.
- Prepares and sends product specifications and quotation packages to customers.
- Makes follow-up calls, responds to customer inquiries.
- Maintains contact with customers before, during and after each sale to ensure customer satisfaction and to ensure responsiveness to customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Travels within assigned territory to customer locations when necessary.
- Works closely with Aftermarket Sales Manager and engineers.
- Promotes the company’s culture and values.
- Any other duties assigned to you by the supervisor
Below are the skills and qualification for the role:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing
- Proficient in computer packages
- Proficient in SAP
- 1-3 years’ experience in Sales and marketing, preferably after-market parts sales.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good Presentation skills
7. Self-motivated, results orientated and advanced level of business acumen
- Relevant product knowledge.
