We are an innovative and entrepreneurial real estate investment and management company that seeks investment opportunities in underserved real estate markets characterized by significant supply/demand imbalances coupled with limited availability of risk capital and supported by strong demographic momentum. The company has built sector knowledge through experience and research and leverages this expertise by establishing investment vehicles that acquire and redevelop underperforming property into homogenous pools of income generating assets in attractive focus sectors.

The company has created, invested with and now manages 5 investment vehicles targeting the residential, hospitality and infrastructure sectors.

Our graduate management trainee program is designed to offer young graduates an opportunity to start their careers in the areas of finance, investment management, operations and project management.

 

Program Overview

This will be a highly practical programme that will involve an initial induction and orientation process, followed by placements within the company companies and departments. You will benefit from excellent development opportunities that will involve gaining substantive general management experience. This will involve performance reviews, feedback, coaching and career development reviews.

This comprehensive two-year graduate programme will provide you with genuine responsibilities and opportunity to excel, preparing you to take up an entry level management position at the end of the period.

 

 

Your Profile

• You have your final results or have graduated in the last one year with a Bachelors degree in Commerce,
• Business, Accounting, Finance, IT, Law, Marketing, Construction and Project Management with a minimum of 2nd Class (Upper Division) or a GPA of 3.5.
• You have a mean score of B+ in KCSE or equivalent
• You have a proven track record of taking leadership roles
• Additional professional qualifications and / or internship / work experience will be an added advantage.
