General Purpose
Our client, a leading company in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking to recruit a passionate, ambitious, and career driven Graduate Trainee – Human Resource to join its Graduate Trainee Program. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a successful career in Human Resource Management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Location: Nairobi| Stipend: Ksh.30,000

Duties & Responsibilities
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing employee documentation. 
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR files are updated and confidential. 
• Assist in preparing employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence. 
• Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance, leave, and employee information. 
• Assist in administering employee benefits, leave, and statutory documentation. 
• Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees. 
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and record keeping. 
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Kenyan labour laws. 
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases and filing systems. 
• Participate in employee engagement activities and HR projects. 
• Provide administrative support to the HR department and perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management. 
• Minimum Second-Class Upper Division (First Class Honours will be highly preferred). 
• 1–2 years' exposure in an HR department will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Human Resource principles and employment practices. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
