DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms, including marketing collaterals, social media creatives, website graphics, brochures, hoardings, packaging, and presentations
• Develop engaging motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and
• Premiere Pro for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and brand storytelling
• Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and content teams to interpret briefs,understand objectives, and deliver creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines
• Translate complex ideas and messages into clear, compelling visual designs
• Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and communication channels
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines
• Edit, retouch, and enhance images and videos to maintain high production quality
• Review designs for errors before final submission and ensure accuracy in dimensions, layouts, colors, and formats
• Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and revise designs efficiently
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging visual styles to continuously improve creative output
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies when required to ensure correct execution of print and production materials
• Maintain and organize design files, assets, and libraries for easy access and future use
• Support brand campaigns, product launches, events, and promotional activities with

creative design solutions

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 3–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics tools, specifically Adobe
• After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling
