Job Description: Growth Marketing Senior Officer
Location: Nairobi
Salary: Ksh. 120,000
Job Purpose: Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of a client in the building and construction industry, is seeking a commercially driven and data-led Growth Marketing Senior Officer to drive revenue conversion through digital channels.
The role is responsible for demand generation, pipeline growth, lead conversion, and digital campaign performance, particularly within the built environment and project-based markets. This role requires a strong understanding of digital campaigns, sales alignment, and full-funnel revenue
performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a digital-first growth strategy focused on driving revenue conversion through high-performing digital channels.
- Own the end-to-end marketing funnel, ensuring effective lead generation, nurturing, and conversion into revenue.
- Design, implement, and optimize data-driven digital campaigns, with strong execution across platforms relevant to the built environment and construction sector.
- Drive demand generation initiatives that consistently deliver high-quality leads and measurable pipeline growth.
- Track, analyze, and continuously improve conversion rates, campaign performance, and marketing ROI.
- Partner closely with Sales and Business Development to ensure strong alignment on targeting, lead quality, and conversion outcomes.
- Leverage CRM systems and marketing automation tools to enhance lead tracking, attribution, and conversion efficiency.
- Manage marketing budgets with a clear focus on performance, accountability, and revenue impact.
- Strengthen brand visibility and credibility within B2B and project-based markets, particularly in the construction and built environment space.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, while managing agencies and external partners to deliver results-driven digital execution.
- Support revenue growth across key customer segments, projects, and market opportunities through effective go-to-market execution.
- Balance short-term pipeline delivery with long-term brand positioning and market visibility.
- Ensure consistent and premium brand representation across all marketing channels and customer touch-points.
- Plan and execute stakeholder engagement events to grow brand awareness and market presence.
- Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team with strong commercial and analytical capability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Sales, or a commercial role, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue, pipeline growth, and conversion through digital marketing initiatives in a B2B environment.
- Experience working closely with Sales or Business Development teams.
- Experience and expertise in the building and construction industry or built environment.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to measure and demonstrate marketing ROI.
- Deep understanding of B2B digital marketing, demand generation, and funnel optimization.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and performance analytics tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
