Growth & Revenue Operator
Job summary
This is not a traditional sales or marketing position. We are looking for a Growth & Revenue Operator — someone who thinks in systems, builds pipelines that run without constant oversight, and takes direct ownership of the revenue numbers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employer Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Own the full employer acquisition cycle — from prospecting to close
- Build and execute targeted outbound outreach to companies actively hiring in Nairobi and nationally
- Pitch and close retainer agreements with anchor clients
- Identify and pursue Gulf-based manpower agency partnerships for international placement volume
- Develop an employer outreach strategy to onboard companies offering verified visa sponsored roles
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Select, configure, and own the company CRM from day one
- Develop and manage a structured follow-up sequence for every prospect in the pipeline
- Produce a weekly pipeline report for the CEO: leads contacted, conversion rates, revenue forecast
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and fix them
Strategic Partnerships
- Develop relationships with Gulf-based manpower agencies
- Identify institutions for preferred supplier agreements
- Engage Kenya Embassy commercial attachés and industry associations to build referral pipelines
- Work with the CEO to develop retainer and placement fee pricing that maximises both conversion and margin
AI-Powered Talent Products — Go-to-Market
- Identify and outreach to independent recruitment agencies, HR managers, and SME employers in Kenya and East Africa
- Work with the CEO to define the board's pricing model for employer listings and premium candidate features
The role is mainly to build the market first and not a predefined role. You will help:
- Discover what actually works in employer acquisition
- Shape the structure of future AI-assisted tools
- Turn early market execution into scalable systems
