Key Role Focus
• Manage room reservations, check-ins, and front desk operations
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Assist with sales, quotations, upselling, and promotions
• Provide concierge services and recommendations for guests
• Support food & beverage service and basic hospitality operations
Requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations and F&B service standards
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and professional demeanor
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations preferred
• Knowledge of hotel software (PMS) is an advantage
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
