Job summary
Seeking a strategic, results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our student recruitment and partnership growth efforts. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive enrolment growth, expand institutional partnerships, and strengthen our market presence in the education and training sector.

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and recruitment strategy aligned with institutional growth objectives

Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic positioning
Sales Management

Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and sales team

Set clear KPIs and revenue targets, ensuring consistent performance tracking

Drive conversion strategies from enquiry through to enrolment

Oversee CRM systems and sales reporting processes
Partnership Development

Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporate partners, community organizations, and referral networks

Establish articulation agreements and employer partnerships

Represent the college at events, expos, and industry engagements
Performance & Reporting

Deliver regular sales performance reports to executive leadership

Analyse data to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and student retention

Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effective acquisition strategies
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA advantageous)

Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a senior sales or business development role

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and enrolment targets

Strong leadership and team development skills

Experience in the education or training sector highly desirable
