highly qualified and experienced individual to join our healthcare team as a
Hospital Manager. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing
and coordinating various administrative and operational functions within the
hospital to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
§ Manage and optimize hospital processes to enhance efficiency and patient care.
§ Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless coordination between different hospital units.
Human Resources Management:
§ Oversee staffing requirements and ensure adequate coverage for all departments.
§ Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Budgetary Control:
§ Work closely with financial teams to develop and manage budgets.
§ Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of healthcare services.
Quality Assurance:
§ Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold healthcare standards.
§ Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
§ Foster effective communication and collaboration among various hospital departments.
§ Address and resolve interdepartmental conflicts and challenges.
Regulatory Compliance:
§ Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
§ Keep abreast of industry changes and update hospital policies accordingly.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
2-3 years of relevant working experience in a busy environment ( a hospital will be an added advantage)
Age Requirement:
30 years and above.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Familiarity with healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing healthcare environment.
