Our client is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly motivated Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, leading and developing a high-performing team.

2. Financial Performance:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CHA) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role (e.g., Hotel Manager, Resident Manager, or Director of Operations) within a five-star international hotel brand.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets, managing budgets, and driving operational excellence.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) and MS Office.
- Impeccable communication skills in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Swahili or additional languages is beneficial.
