- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, promotions, campaigns).
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and optimize ROI.
- Oversee website updates, online listings, and food delivery platform presence.
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage email marketing and SMS campaigns to drive repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Promote bulk orders, catering services, and corporate meal packages.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling initiatives in collaboration with operations teams.
- Track sales metrics and recommend improvements.
- Identify and approach corporate clients for meal plans, staff lunch programs, and event catering.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Coordinate in-store promotions, activations, and community engagement activities.
- Organize tasting sessions and promotional visits to nearby offices and institutions.
- Represent the restaurant at networking events and business forums.
- Plan and execute restaurant events, themed promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate event logistics including vendors, branding materials, and partnerships.
- Manage collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Oversee promotional materials production (banners, flyers, merchandise).
- Develop and manage customer loyalty programs.
- Monitor online reviews and respond promptly to customer feedback.
- Work closely with operations to ensure consistent brand experience.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or FMCG.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Experience in corporate sales and B2B relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in MS Office and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is an added advantage).
