Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Oversee housekeeping, front desk, and food service staff.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and supplies.
- Support management in implementing hotel policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments to improve efficiency and guest experience.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel supervision or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staff and handle guest concerns effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards.
- Flexible and willing to work in a busy environment.
