° New Sites set out.
° Ensuring all housekeeping standards are met on site.
° Training of stewards on a day to day basis.
° Monitoring stewards progress in terms of service delivery.
° Ensuring proper storage of all detergents, chemicals and materials used on site.
° Planning for stewards’ quarterly trainings.
° Coordinating with the human resource and operations manager to ensure client satisfactory.
° Ensure all the day’s cleaning program is accomplished fully.
° Training new employees in cleaning procedures.
° Create a report for the day manager, including requests and an overview of the day’s cleaning. Maintain a cleaning success rate of more than 91 percent performance.
Qualifications
1. CV with at least two referee
2. Form 4 certificate
3. At least Diploma or Certificate in Housekeeping, Hotel or Hospitality
4. Recommendation letter
5. Certificate of good conduct
