- Clean, sanitize, and organize guest rooms, bathrooms, and shared spaces to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and restock toiletries and amenities as needed.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust rooms and common areas regularly.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or repair issues to ensure a safe and fully functional environment.
- Follow hotel or facility hygiene protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist in laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and staff uniforms.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent service to guests or clients by addressing their needs and requests promptly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
- Certificate in Housekeeping, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
