The HR & Admin Assistant provides operational support in human resource management and general office administration. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to support both people management processes and day-to-day administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in advertising vacancies, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate staff induction and orientation.
- Track probation periods and contract renewals.
- Maintain updated employee records (physical and digital files).
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate meetings, minutes, and scheduling
- Serve as first point of contact for routine HR inquiries.
- Support disciplinary processes and documentation.
- Assist in staff welfare and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling employee matters.
- Maintain updated HR dashboards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism).
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in HR and/or office administration.
- Knowledge of labour laws and basic payroll processes.
- Experience using HRIS software
