Job Summary
A client is seeking a proactive and reliable HR Officer to be based on-site to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage leave administration and attendance tracking.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour requirements.
- Provide general HR administrative support and basic reports.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in an HR support or generalist role.
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
