JOB DESCRIPTION
- MANAGE AND OVERSEE HR OPERATIONS FOR OVER 50 STAFF MEMBERS.
- HANDLE RECRUITMENT, ONBOARDING AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS.
- MAINTAIN STAFF RECORDS AND HR DOCUMENTATION.
- SUPPORT PAYROLL COORDINATION AND LEAVE MANAGEMENT.
- ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH LABOUR LAWS AND COMPANY POLICIES.
- PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT AND OFFICE COORDINATION.
- ASSIST MANAGEMENT WITH DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONAL DUTIES.
REQUIREMENTS
- DIPLOMA OR DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR RELATED FIELD.
- MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HR AND ADMINISTRATION.
- EXPERIENCE MANAGING A WORKFORCE OF 50+ EMPLOYEES.
- STRONG COMMUNICATION AND ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS.
- ABILITY TO MULTITASK AND WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
- COMPUTER PROFICIENCY AND GOOD REPORT WRITING SKILLS.
- EXPERIENCE IN AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
