Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead strategic human resource initiatives across multiple countries and jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will bring 15–20 years of HR leadership experience, a strong understanding of international employment practices, and a proven ability to build high-performing organizations.

- Develop and execute HR strategy across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead talent management, performance, and succession planning.
- Oversee compensation, payroll, and employee relations across regional operations.
- Advise leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Drive HR governance, HRIS, and continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline.
- CHRP(K), IHRM membership, CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an equivalent HR certification.
- 15–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior management roles.
- Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
- Strong knowledge of international employment law, labor relations, and statutory compliance.
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation.
