Ice Cream Scoop Shop Attendant / Barista

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day shop operations, including:

• Preparing coffee and milkshakes

• Scooping and serving ice cream

• Cashiering and POS handling

• Managing customer orders

• Handling delivery and takeaway orders

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards

This position requires someone who can confidently manage the shop with very little supervision while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, milkshakes, etc.)

• Scoop and serve ice cream accurately and efficiently

• Operate the POS and handle transactions

• Manage in-store and delivery orders

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming counter area

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service

• Follow hygiene and operational procedures consistently
