The Learning Hub School invites applications from qualified and dedicated individuals for the position of ICT Support Staff to assist in delivering Digital Literacy lessons.
We are looking for a tech-savvy, student-friendly, and proactive individual who is passionate about integrating technology into learning and supporting young learners in developing essential 21st-century digital skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Support teachers in delivering Digital Literacy lessons for Junior School learners.
• Guide students in using laptops, educational software, and online learning platforms.
• Provide technical assistance in classrooms to ensure smooth lesson delivery.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot devices and ICT equipment used during lessons.
• Support cyber safety protocols and monitor responsible digital use among learners.
• Assist in managing Century Tech and other digital-learning platforms.
• Ensure ICT resources are used effectively and in line with school policies.
Qualifications & Skills
• Diploma or Certificate in ICT, Information Systems, Computer Studies, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of basic troubleshooting, device setup, and digital learning tools.
• Experience working with children or in a school environment is an added advantage.
• Patient, approachable, and able to explain technology in simple, learner-friendly ways.
• Commitment to child protection and responsible digital practices.
