Immigration Sales Consultant
Job summary
We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Immigration Sales Consultant to handle inbound leads and convert them into paying clients for our Europe work permit programs. This is a performance-driven & conversion-focused role suited for individuals with strong sales, persuasion, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Engagement & Conversion
• Contact and respond to inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, CRM)
• Engage and qualify inbound leads from social media platforms and digital campaigns
• Initiate contact via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Understand candidate background, goals, and readiness
• Present suitable Europe job opportunities clearly
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
2. Consultation & Advisory
• Build rapport and guide candidates through overseas job opportunities
• Handle objections and provide accurate information on roles, processes, and expectations
• Explain requirements, timelines, and expectations
• Answer questions confidently and professionally
• Build trust and credibility with every interaction
3. Lead Qualification
• Assess candidate eligibility:
o Passport availability
o Financial readiness
o Work experience
o Commitment level
• Focus efforts on high-intent candidates
4. Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
• Maintain structured follow-ups (daily/weekly)
• Track all leads in CRM or system
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone sales, and social media engagement
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in CRM/trackers
• Move leads across stages:
o New → Contacted → Qualified → Closed
5. Closing & Revenue Generation
• Drive conversions and meet monthly targets
• Handle objections (cost, trust, timelines)
• Encourage timely decision-making
• Close candidates and ensure successful onboarding for overseas roles
• Meet and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
Experience:
- 2 - 4 years experience in sales or business development
- Experience in any of the following is a BIG advantage:
- o Real Estate
- o Insurance
- o Microfinance
- o Banking / SACCO sales
- o Recruitment (sales side is a plus)
Skills:
- Strong communication (English required)
- Persuasive and confident
- Excellent closing skills
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to handle objections
