Our client, a leading Kenyan fashion and lifestyle retail brand, is seeking to recruit additional stylish, confident, and customer-focused In-Store Sales Representatives to join its growing retail team.
The role is suited for individuals passionate about fashion and customer service, with the ability to promote and sell products, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, manage stock within the assigned store, build strong customer relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Customer Experience

• 
  
• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products
  
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming and store presentation
  

Sales Performance

• 
  
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  
• Promote products confidently and effectively
  
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales value
  

Customer Relationship Management

• 
  
• Follow up with customers after purchase
  
• Inform clients about new arrivals, promotions, and special offers
  
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business
  

Transactions & Loyalty Program

• 
  
• Process payments accurately using the POS system
  
• Enroll customers into the loyalty program and explain benefits
  

Stock & Store Management

• 
  
• Monitor stock levels in the assigned store
  
• Ensure merchandise is properly arranged and displayed
  

Sales Reporting & Feedback

• 
  
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and buying trends
  
• Explain monthly sales performance and challenges
  
• Support management in improving store performance
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  
• 1–2 years’ experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
  
• Experience in fashion retail will be an added advantage
