Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics and Business Studies lessons.
- Implement the Pearson Edexcel/IGCSE curriculum effectively.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
- Prepare learners for internal and external examinations.
- Maintain accurate academic records and student performance data.
- Integrate ICT into teaching and learning activities.
- Participate in curriculum development and co-curricular activities.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and discipline.
- Support the school's vision, mission, and child protection policies.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Education.
- Experience in IGCSE curriculum – Cambridge/Pearson Edexcel.
- Must be TSC registered.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Good ICT skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and pupils.
- Clean child protection record.
- Excellent curriculum and classroom management knowledge & skills.
- Experience handling candidate classes is preferable.
